Sculptural Art

Pagan wedding crowns:

  • Natural Pagan
  • Contemporary Pagan
  • Festival Pagan.

Incorporating Lino-printing, batik, needle felting, fabric dyeing, origami, natural Ivy wood for the Contemporary Pagan antlers, real deer antlers for Natural Pagan and armatures and mod-roc for the Festival Pagan antlers. The crowns linked to my work as a Deputy Registrar where I conducted Wedding Ceremonies and the New Forest, where I live.

  • The face cast was a live face cast using alginate, then plaster and finally Jesmonite.
  • Eco-Warrior is the head-dress using Oyster mushrooms that I cultivated at home, along with Eco Wheat Straws.

These creations were made on the Foundation in Art & Design Course and the year I completed on Fine Art BA (Hons) Degree, before switching to study Textiles. Both were at Arts University Bournemouth.
